    Hi everyone

i just recieved my passport back with my visa in the post after applying for my L visa

in my application, i supplied my return flight booking and accommodation booking showing I was staying for 5 weeks.

my visa says - duration of each stay 30 days after entry

I don’t understand. My flights are 35 days apart. Is this normal for an L visa?

It is a regular situation in China as you have go abord and back to china again and again to continue the efficient of the visa

Not a great expert but thirty days is a common duration of stay though they might have given you longer if feeling generous/sensible; you ought to be able to extend in-country to cover the overlap though that is of course a faff and a waste of holiday time.
